Heart Hive Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable children and families worldwide. We deeply value every contribution made to our mission.

Donations and Sponsorships

All donations and sponsorship contributions are final and non-refundable.
Recurring donations may be canceled at any time for future transactions, but past donations cannot be refunded.
Tax-deductible receipts will be issued for qualifying donations and remain valid even if donations are non-refundable.

Event Registrations

Registration fees for Heart Hive Foundation events are non-refundable.
If an event is canceled by Heart Hive Foundation, registrants will be notified and offered the option to transfer their registration to a future event or convert it into a donation.

Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a donation or payment was made in error or without your authorization, please contact us immediately at 1-646-714-8769. We will work with you and your financial institution to resolve the issue.

Legal Compliance

This policy complies with applicable U.S. federal and Texas state laws. By completing a donation, sponsorship, or registration, you acknowledge and accept this no refund policy.
